Replace docs base URL `docs.fuelphp.com` with `fuelphp.com/docs`. #240

Hi. I minor tweaked to replace docs base URL docs.fuelphp.com with fuelphp.com/docs just because sometimes they were a little mixed. Thanks!

It should ideally be the other way around. Using a subdomain allows us to move it without having to change the existing docs.
