WHen attempting to create the Exchange account i run into 401 errors. I have found the issues to likely be in how the accounts are setup in this particular AD.
Login info = firstname.LastInitial@domain.com
Primary Email / SMTP = firstname.Lastname@domain.com
When creating the exchange account it doesn't like that combination. Potentially need to make an Email Address plus Username/Password seperation
