Can't add O365 Exchange account #110

Trying to add an O365 exchange account and returns Could not be resolved next to the Account field. This is a domain server, svpws3.corp.usuiusa.com. Account is a domain account using upn dmonkey@usuiusa.com which is assigned E1 lic. and working in O365.

Trace info:

No results were found. ErrorNameResolutionNoResults 0

Issue was resolved. The user account was created and synced to O365, but the email address field was missed.
