Video buffering (4,3,2,1)

I am having a problem where a video that I have uploaded to a frame will randomly buffer, it has a 4,3,2,1 old film ticker that continuously goes over and over for what appears to be the duration of that frame. This doesn't happen every time, but when it does it's quite frustrating.

What are the reasons for this?

Any assistance you can provide would be great.

Had the same issue, Got to the point where I gave up and just made a YouTube channel and uploaded unlisted YouTube videos
