traffic information and traffic jams

I am new to this program.

I do fine, but ...

I would like to have a map overview of the traffic information of the Netherlands.

this concerns a map of the Netherlands and traffic jams.

I just can't get this done yet.

does anyone have an idea how i can get this done ??

Just wondering if you have found a solution for this. I'm working on a similar thing also for the netherlands
