Analog Clock Frame #89

I have created a canvas which contains multiple analog Clock panels. Each panel is configured to display a different time zone.

Is there any way to modify the analog clock to switch between black and white to indicate AM/PM?

The clock template is an SVG file. In theory, it should be possible to create custom template in which the clock face color will be a time of the day function.
