感谢作者，但是图片确实无法输出 #72

环境：Windows10 & Docker Gitbook PDF Generator from @soulteary 对象：https://wizardforcel.gitbooks.io/sicp-in-python/content/ 问题：生成的pdf和html文件中所有原gitbook的图片都没有，完全被跳过了

打开html的console可以看到一串加载图片的err: GET https://wizardforcel.gitbooks.io/sicp-in-python/content/img/logo_eval.png%20alt= net::ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

感谢作者的分享，图片问题好像是：绝对路径的图片可以生成（src='https://xxxx'），相对路径的图片无法生成（src='../img'）
