labs ページの Conceptualizing Data Transfer の章、

One area where we probably need to duplicate is the “who assigns the mission ID” feature.
私たちが、おそらくduplicateしなければならない分野の１つが「だれがミッションに識別IDを割り当てるのか？」という点です。

文脈からすると二重化と解釈できなくはないけど、文の流れ的には「解決」とかが来てほしい場所だと思う。

It means "we need to do this in two places"
