Third person view option wrong values #100

please check "Third person view" option

problem 1: when you select "enabled", it translates to config as value 2 ( vehicles only ) problem 2: when you select "vehicles only", it translates to config as value 1 ( enabled )

seems that values for these options are switched

note: 0 - disabled option is correct
