Well, I want to run profiling executable in profiling branch, I do not see a way to choose the executable and see the full commandline.

Maybe a dropdown box with different available executables:
arma3server
arma3server_x64
arma3serverprofiling_x64
Also reviewing the commandline is good way to quickly check if the setting and launch parameters are correct or change the executable for testing purposes and run the server from terminal.
