This PR

Updates the credstash usage in the README to match the current usage produced by credstash itself
Fixes some inconsistent indentation in the usage in the README
Adds details to the documentation on the use of passing a filename or using stdin for secrets
Adds to the documentation how to install the optional YAML support
Fixes a typo in the usage text in credstash

This somewhat contains the change in #159 but this just produces the raw usage text for all arparse subparsers.
