Resolves #271 #273: Remove explicit logger #279

Removing explicit log file creation when imported as library. This is causing issue when process don't have permission to create log file.

@mike-luminal, Since this is first time, I have forget to upgrade minor version along with other updates such as changelog etc. Can you guide me so that I can create pull request?
