No automated "build" process exists #2

Not sure this is the best use of "issues", but we need to have an automated 
process to "build" the project for testing. I asked a question on stack 
overflow:

I'll handle this one. It's actually semi-automated now inside of the 
VisualStudio Tool using the deployment feature. Waiting for some more 
collaborators to validate that automated build works from sources here.
