Why applications "Run as administrator" won't tile? #167

When I run for ex: cmd.exe, notepad.exe with administator privilages it won't tile and stay outside layout. Window has a border which cannot be removed by shortcut.

How to tile such a window?

OK. Thanks. Bug.n have to be with admin priviliage to influence other admin apps.
