Steam won't tile #169

Using bug.n 9.0.1. Running as administrator. It seems my Steam client is not being tiled at all, also visible on all tags permantently. Hotkeys on it seem to have no effect.

Does even WinI for getting the window information yield no result? If so, the only reason I can think of is, that steam runs in a different user context than bug.n (as a service?).

Personally I do not use steam and cannot reproduce the issue, and there were not many issues regarding steam, and none indicated that it was not tiled.

I had to override the control for it, apaprently. Found the config in another issue.
