Steam is overlapping with other windows

I created a rule to manage steam, but it's not resizing some steam windows properly leading to some overlap when in tiled mode.

Is the steam window managed at all, e.g. moved, when you set the window in the master area to something else?

Some windows cannot be resized to arbitrary sizes; I noticed the same issue with the GitHub Desktop app and Windows Explorer windows are limited to 161x243.

Yes, it is managed. I can switch the "steam library" window to my other monitor, it reacts whet I switch from tiled to monocle, master and stacking.

From playing with the master size when in tiled, the overlap occurs when the steam window gets resized bellow a threshold.

Here are exemples :

• Fine : 1
• Fine : 2
• Not fine, part of the steam window is under others : 3
• Overlap showing : 4
• The smaller the master size is, the larger the steam window gets : 5

I forgot to mention that I tried to resize the main steam window manualy, and I can only resize it down to 1010x600
