instead of a blank config file, first start should create a config file with all the default options and explanation of options commented out.

when user first opens config file using #^e, they'll see every option available and all they have to do is go down and comment/uncomment what they want.

The first Config.ini created by bug.n is intended to be minimal and only saves variables differing from the default configuration. You may use one of the configuration examples from the Wiki by manually copying it; they list all configuration variables. The individual lines are commented out allowing the activation of a specific configuration value as needed.

I have to admit, that I did not want to maintain more than one file, which describes the configuration variables; the one and only is doc/Default_configuration.
