#^e won't open the correct Config.ini when Bandizip is installed #246

it's strange that when i install one software called "Bandzip"(which is a compression software), then when i try to open default config file with #^e, a wrong config file was opened, the content shows that it's from bandzip, but i don't know why, can you help me ?

oh, i see it ,i should give the command a specific path when there may exists multi file name Config.ini
