Config rule for snipping tool doesn't work #257

Hi, I just started using bug.n today and it's pretty great. However snipping tool doesn't work well in the tiling mode (rectangle gets all black and buttons are invisible), so I'd like to set it to always floating. I added the following to the config file:

Config_rule=Microsoft-Windows-Tablet-SnipperToolbar;Ekran Alıntısı Aracı;;0;;;;;0;
; always float snipping tool

The first part I copied from getWindowInfo. And the values already work for another program. I saw on another issue with rule with spaces so it's not that neither?

Maybe Turkish character ı is the problem? Though shouldn't it work with UTF-8 which is already the default?

Anyway, any help is appreciated.

okay learned from another issue, changing the title like so fixed it!
