It's hard to edit bug.n bar color theme...

At least, there should be some theme editor like this?

Color pickers <=> Config.ini setting are linked each other, and display them on the preview above.

I'm not sure details, such as Config_*Color_#* <=> bug.n bar corresponding area, and so on. If incorrect, fix it up plz.

[x] TODO: Bat / Vol foreColor width is differerent from the status text
[x] TODO: INI -> {Font, Color} update suppression release should be postponed until next event loop
