When running bug.n, sometimes Window_toggleDecor() is applied to all and sometimes to some of them
Window_toggleDecor()
Config_hotkey=#+d::Window_toggleDecor() this shortcut apply only on active windows

If possible, add an option Window_toggleDecor() for all windows view
