Get scales to match options in evaluation form #104

In previous plots when the report was generated, Exceptionally good/Very good was used. The more correct terms are Very good/Quite good when compared to the Norwegian evaluation forms. To the more similarity, this has been changed in scales. This only effects the plots generated for the master courses that is in the final report.

Works as expected. Tested on H2019 report
