spserver是如何将response中发送至客户的？ #16

在测试testecho时，发现SP_EchoHandler::start()中添加了response reply 
message，
经过多次调用后，该message被放入了session的outlist中。但是在��
�码中没有发现write事件
触发过程。但是最后message还是被发送到客户。
请问这是怎么回事？

类似这类不确定是否为 bug 的问题，还是用 google groups 
或者私下邮件沟通吧。
把这类问题放到了 issue 里面，很难处理。

关于 write 时间的触发，看看 speventcb.cpp 里面的代码吧。
