Title Screen?

We should add a title screen with A "Start Game" option and maybe an "Options" menu with Sound and Save file Preferences

Don't people already know how to turn the volume off? The game starts off windowed by default. Anyways, that's just the typewriter sound effect from Ace Attorney.
