This breaks a bunch of stuff - http://report.quicklisp.org/2021-07-18/failure-report.html has a list (along with other failures). Fixing lucerne would fix several issues, but not all of them.

Sorry for the breakage. At a glance, some eudoxia0 products -- lucerne, corona, trivial-download -- seem to be still loading clack-v1-compat.
