Metadata for Quicklisp #2

Please consider adding :description, :author and :license information to your ASDF system(s). This will greatly help Quicklisp users and make it easier for them to report bugs.

These were auto posted based on the package list Xach provided back then. I think event-emitter got on it because it is missing the metadata on the test system.

Feel free to close, I no longer utilise the account used to post this issue, so cannot myself.
