Add `:format` and `:lispify` to `retrieve-by-sql`

  • The format of each row in results. Must be one of :plist, :alist, :hash-table and :values.
  • The default is :plist.
• :lispify:
  • A flag whether keys in result rows are converted to upcased kebab keywords.
  • If :format is :plist (default), this is t. Otherwise, it is nil.
