one-one p2p chat issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.publish from windows xp with one isp provider
2. wish to play above published from other isp provider internet which is on 
windows 7 
3. it is not detecting published video 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
   p2p chat between two people

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 windows xp, second system windos 7 

Please provide any additional information below.

This looks like a NAT/firewall issue. Duplicate of #39. If you have reason to 
believe that this is not a duplicate, please re-open this. One way to verify is 
to run publisher and listener in the same network.
