I'm isolating the translations from each other for a better organization. Plus I modified a little bit the README.md, if you're not sure about the modification, I can do some changes, if you wish. Thankxx man peace!

@joaosvieira Cool~ I think your current work is a big step. I'll merge it, and in the future different doc can work in parallel if we have more collaborators~
