Please add the shadows like the real macos which will make it look better and more cool under light mode too. Bcuz in light mode the arrow cursor looks too dull when the cursor is placed under pure-white areas

Cursors shadows are updated on dev branch. I attached a quick preview below.

You also download this patched 29ab657 cursor's binaries from the build inside Artifacts section of the GitHub Action tab.
