Wrong hotspot position of Work.ani on Windows platform #82

Description of the problem

The hotspot position of Default.cur and Work.ani are different, this causes the cursor position to change when the cursor state transitions from "Default" to "Work".

How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish?

I would suggest re-opening the issue so the original developer fixes it on the main branch too.
