1. Shrink virtuoso database
2. Migrate test database to production database
3. Rename non-semantaqua packages to semanteco (e.g. domain shouldn't be in 
semantaqua since it applies to air and species as well)
4. Remove deprecated code
5. Clean up imports and other warnings
6. Improve rule compliance to > 90 %
7. Decrease package interdependence (see sonar)
8. Unit test code coverage
