Per TCRP Report 210, send Telegram 1B as part of sendTripRequestResponses, respond with telegrams 2A and 2A1 as part of receiveTripRequestResponsesReturnClientOrderConfirmations.

Triggering SendTripRequestResponses --> can't be onEdit, due to container/security of trigger. Button? Could be in menu, but seems limited. Cron job?
Handling errors: Handle workflow if--
- Trip has already been claimed by someone else
- Error on provider: ?? request not received or botched
- A trip is declined by all possible agencies

Button idea seems to have too many cons to be worthwhile
- Requires creating a button shape in google slides via apps script, then pulling the image into sheets
- Adds extra permissions required for ridesheet
- horrible performance just to get a button
- Requires a 3rd party add-on that seems to only have one developer maintaining it
