dayMinWidth: No ScrollGrid implementation #190

I have buy the premium version. but when i add use dayMinWidth attribute, it report 'No Scroll implementation' fullcalendar version: 5.11.2 In your test case, I couldn't reproduce this issue. So please try to use 5.11.2
