Feature Description

In the year view calendar, HTML headings (H2 or H3) should be used for for month labels, in order to fulfil WCAG success criterion 1.3.1 Info and Relationships: https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/info-and-relationships.html
