Links internal links containing # are falsely reported as broken. #59

Links like "/horse#horse-image-and-hr" are not broken. But reported as broken in internal links test. Here is the link to build https://github.com/fulldecent/github-pages-template/actions/runs/7207725670/job/19635154887#step:8:21

The fix is implemented on all sites. Closing the issue now.
