Add substitution for bundle id #24

This PR modifies __PROJECT_NAME__/__PROJECT_NAME__.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj. However that file is a resulting product of the RECIPE.md process, and it will be overwritten when RECIPE.md is changed.

Thank you for your help. I am seeking a more generic solution to this problem.
