Will add it as auto

There is no reason to do it. Android still keeps part of the files in the
internal memory and just part of the files is moved to the SD card. It makes
sense for large applications like games, where several megabytes of graphics
and resources will be moved to the SD card. For the apps like this, there will
be still ~100KB in the phone memory and also ~100KB on the SD, so it makes no
sense at all.
I've tried it with MarketAccess and decided not to include such an option.

you are right but you have to give users a choice (thats why auto).
It will just move the apk itself onto the sdcard but all data that has been
generated, including db's will be left on the device.
