Include RSS feed link into <HEAD> when serving subdomain root page #6

Don't know how I missed that, because it used to be there. When someone navigates to a claimed subdomain e.g. foo.git.ht with an RSS reader or a browser that's cognisant of RSS, their client should notice that RSS feed is available by examining the .

Obviously, navigating to foo.git.ht/feed/rss works, but it'd be nice for the root to also serve that information.
