environment: Win7 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601

When I run PLBuilder.exe this error occur

What was the fix? I took a look at Functions.cs but didn't see any reason why the executable won't compile now.

Functions.cs was empty on my clone. Copied the code from the file here and saved it, after it worked fine.

Same here. Empty file on clone. Have to copy it from https://github.com/fullmetalcache/PowerLine/blob/master/PowerLine/PowerLineTemplate/Functions.cs то "\PowerLine\PowerLineTemplate\Functions.cs"
