quick-checkin button needs a "disabled" state. #62

Check-in to a venue then notice how the "quick-checkin" button shows no 
indication that it is disabled. You can then click on it but nothing will 
happen.

We should have a "greyed-out" or disabled looking state for the quick-
checkin button
