Configure serializaiton property names - Elasticsearch Sink #1

As a developer and operations engineer I would like to be able to configure event entry serialization property names. For sample we currently serialize and write EventDate as eventDate and I would like to be able to write EventEntry::EventDate to Elasticsearch as 'timestamp'.
