Add the lib-svg for 50% of the space into the PkgeltDocsComponent template beside class-diagram #172

Problem, importing gongsvgspecific module imports the data-model-panel that itself imports gongdocdiagrams. Therefore, we have a recursivity.

Back to svg to displace the data-model-panel into another lib 'gongsvgdatamodel'
