Suppressing a shape make the link crash the apply #182

The stage that is provided to the transformer doc2svg is not consistent.

When suppressing the link, the endRect is not correct

            link.Name = startRect.Name + " - to - " + endRect.Name

the gongdoc stage should be consistent since it is from a matching of the go code with some fields selected
