meta (gong splitter) component does not display

• start ongly -diagrams
• go the 'meta' view

Problem:

• <app-gong-splitter> does not show

Notes:

• on macos, recompiling everything in the front but same problem present

Hypothsesis:

the back end is not working

nope since it is working for gongdoc

the ng code is not aligned between front and back
