Adds support for setting _fs_cookie_domain argument to the FS script.

Oops, I need to update the README as well. It was not loading for me in my IDE for some reason before now.

Would you like to add the changelog and version bump as well?

Sure; does that go in this PR, or a separate one? The doc on releases seems to indicate the latter, but I'm still not really clear on the overall process.
