Add Error Kind, Event Var Fields, Page Name, Page Num Events, and PageNumDerivedEvents fields

These changes add the following fields to the schema and update the test files:

Page: PageName PageNumEvents PageNumDerivedEvents

Event Vars: EventVarErrorKind EventVarFields

Yeah, let's leave out the CWV for now since they aren't yet available for everyone.
