I've given the log to both aPunch and fullwall already, but the new testing build released just before 1.08g still gave me the issue, I left the server on over night and when I came back on, it had happened again. Looks like it wasn't just a freak occurrence, there's something wrong with how Citizens saves.

This would appear to be fixed in the 15:27 test build from Thursday.

Turns out this wasn't fixed after all.

Seems to be OS-specific.
