Ghostscript Windows Path not modified #9

1) Add flag for user to set path to ghostscript 2) On Windows, search for Ghostscript in the following order:

user set flag path
bundled version (#7)
gswin64c.exe (On Path)
gswin32c.exe (On Path)
/Program Files/gs/gs#.##(e.g. gs9.23)/bin
/Program Files (x86)/gs/gs#.##(e.g. gs9.23)/bin
