The card type this addon now relies on is not included #3

We need to manually add IPA and English sound fields to the Chinese (Basic) card type that comes with the Anki Chinese Support 3 adodn

This is not an issue if the first time Anki runs you are shared a deck that has used this addon. (i.e. you open an Anki collection shared to you that already contain the fields)
